Research on Vision-based Position Measurement System for Rocket Propellant Loading

In the process of rocket propellant loading, propellant's own gravity and wind pendulum may cause connector to exert a large force on body, which lead disconnection fuel leakage, or even damage body. To improve reliability safety position measurement system based dynamic orientation detection alignment technology is proposed achieve tracking refueling port. this paper, two-dimensional target in camera plane quickly extracted by identifying direction image size marker image, while distance between accurately obtained laser rangefinder. With solution, deviation from filler port at current moment can be modified real time, thus reducing forces increasing its launch reliability.
